ELIGIBILITY
All students must reside in California.
Students must not be enrolled in any other public or private school.
We serve students in grades K through 12.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
First, you will fill out our application form to make an appointment for a free 30 min phone consultation with the school director.
If you decide that Rivendell Academy is right for your student then we will send you an Enrollment Agreement to sign and return.
You will submit your payment for the services you select through PayPal.
If the student was previously enrolled in another school, we will contact that school to let them know the student is enrolled at Rivendell and request the student's cumulative file.
The state also requires parents to submit the student's immunization record, and for first grade only, a health form signed by the student's healthcare provider, if these are not already in the cumulative file.
